the system. de Facto S5 always employs consistent methods
for finding records, displaying data, or for creating data,
for example. Consistency is true for our icons too, which
are clear and meaningful throughout.

Simple
Menus Always Available
Unlike
many systems, our menus are simple and intuitive. What's more,
items are available at all times, wherever you are. You aren't
locked out of functions, forcing you to navigate the
system in pre-set ways. So that means you can do things quicker
and easier, and with less frustration and repetition.
Clear
and Concise
de Facto S5 is clutter-free. Whatever your function, you will
only have access to those areas which you are able to use.
And at any stage, dependent on what data you have, only those
functions appropriate to that data will be available for use.
Speed
in Use
Within
the system, there is the consistent provision of data lookups.
There is no need to ever remember any codes. All such data
is provided by the system itself, making navigation intuitive
and easy to use.
The
system can be set up for the individual user, with a multitude
of methods to speed up your work. For example, hot keys can
be set, so your favourite actions can be deployed at a stroke.
And transaction entries are sped up, by the system reducing
keystrokes, reducing the need for unnecessary user interaction.
