J C Dudley make heavy use of de Facto S5's powerful Back to Back Orders facilities in their trading operations. When J C Dudley generate a Sales Contract, S5 enables them to back to back this with an appropriate Purchase Contract. Call Offs from the sales order are generated, and appropriate adjustments to quantities automatically take place. Call Offs can also be scheduled, for example for required quantities per month. In de Facto S5, the whole process is extremely efficient, and enables J C Dudley to know exactly what their commitments are. Such information allows for effective planning and the efficient usage of resources.
